Founder & Clinical Director
You can be self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and really good at giving other people advice and still have your own stuff to work through.
My work focuses on anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-worth, and life transitions. Together, we make space to understand what you’re carrying, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and build a life with more room for your needs.
I’m here to help you understand what’s underneath the problem, not just explain it. Because insight matters. But the real work is learning how to do something different with what you know.
My Approach
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting. Together, we’ll explore which approaches fit your needs and goals.
Together, we’ll explore the expectations, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you respond to challenges. For clients who want it, faith can also be part of our work.

Professional Background
Experience matters. So does feeling seen.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked with children, adults, and families across a variety of settings. That experience has taught me that good therapy requires more than knowing the right intervention.
It requires knowing when to ask another question, when to challenge a pattern, when to slow down, and when someone simply needs space to be human.
Today, my work is especially focused on helping adults navigate anxiety, self-worth, relationships, perfectionism, major life transitions, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
